Double your bandwidth, for free

So here is what I am thinking. Buy a Xincom Twin WAN router, hook my Comcast 8000/768 line up to it, and be no better nor worse than where I am at today. Next up, get ahold of an old PC, and drop in a wireless card. Bring in any of the three moron neighbors connections that are wide open, pipe it back out the Ethernet port on the PC, into the Xincom. I should now have, my bandwidth, plus theirs, and so long as I pick the moron on Comcast, my upload should be around DS-1 speeds, (aka T-1). Sure, there is a little hardware investment, and it is probably illegal, but what the heck, just to see if it can work I may have to give it a try. Mac Mini seems ideal for this, quiet, small, cheap.

What I do wonder, can I still use the Mac Mini for other things? It is in essence, acting as a small ISP, or a gateway, and I am just not sure how the Xincom will bridge it all. I have a feeling, to get to the Mac Mini, I may have to actually leave the LAN and go out on the internet, which would be less than ideal, kind of a waste of a box.
