i am not even going to explain it, the image is enough. Probably a total waste of time to bug report it as well.

This is actually a bug in Safari, OmniWeb has an entirely different version of the same bug, where it just saves the file as .php (if if the content type is specified as .zip). I’ve got a couple of open bugs reported relating to it.
